The ongoing war of words between Nigeria's president Muhammadu Buhari and the former President Olusegun Obasanjo is the right step at the wrong time and this makes the exercise of leadership irresponsible and a betrayal of trust of all Nigerians by the Buhari administration. Why did the accusers have to wait til now before they deemed it fit to open the can of worms in respect of their predecessor. This is a revelation of the fact that the anti-corruption project of the present administration is a political vehicle towards victimization of opponents and critics of this administration. Why did President Buhari have to jump his immediate predecessor Mr.Goodluck Jonathan over to Mr.Obasanjo simply because he advised him not to run for office in 2019? Nigerians are not fools and therefore you cannot distract our attention from the unprecedented killings by the Boko-Haram and the Fulani Herdsmen in almost all the parts of the countries. The anti-corruption campaign of the Buhari's administration is not a success story enough to compensate for the killings of the innocent people of Nigeria. I see 2019 election as a "Payback day" for the Buhari's administration. Help me to tell President Buhari that he has failed Nigerians and once bitten, twice shy. GOD BLESS NIGERIA
